How You Receive Your Digital Premium Memberships

1. After Your Purchase

Once your payment is successfully completed, our automated system begins processing your order. For most payment methods, this happens immediately after purchase completion.

You'll immediately receive an order confirmation via email containing all important information about your purchase, including your order number and an overview of the purchased products.

2. Delivery of Your Access Credentials

Immediately following your order confirmation, typically within minutes, you'll receive a separate email with your access credentials or activation instructions.

Depending on the type of product purchased, delivery may take the following forms:

  • Direct access credentials (username/password)
  • Activation codes for existing accounts
  • Special links to activate your membership
  • Detailed instructions for setting up your premium access

For some premium services, you may need to create a new account or use an existing account to activate your premium access.

3. Storage in Your Customer Account

All your purchases and access credentials are securely stored in your PremiumElite customer account. This allows you to access them at any time, even if you can no longer find the email with the access credentials.

To access your purchased products, simply log into your account and navigate to the "My Purchases" section.

How quickly will I receive my access credentials?

Typically, your access credentials are delivered immediately after successful payment, but no later than within 24 hours.

What should I do if I don't receive my access credentials?

If you haven't received an email with your access credentials within 24 hours of your purchase, please first check your spam folder. If you can't find the email there, please contact our customer support immediately.

Can I receive my access credentials by phone?

For security reasons, we only send access credentials via email or through your customer account. Phone transmission is not possible.

What happens if I entered the wrong email address?

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address when ordering, please contact our customer support immediately. After verifying your order, we can send the access credentials to the correct email address.
