Note on the withdrawal right for digital content under Section 356 (5) German Civil Code

For contracts covering digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the statutory withdrawal right may expire once performance has begun and you explicitly agreed that execution starts before the withdrawal period ends, while acknowledging that this consent causes the withdrawal right to lapse.

We review every request individually. Statutory entitlement, technical remediation, and any goodwill solution are checked separately; there is no automatic entitlement to a refund.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, Klarna dispute, or another payment reversal. In access or functionality cases, we first review support and cure options; unjustified payment reversals may be reviewed legally. The chargeback and processing costs regularly invoiced to us by payment service providers or their banking and payment partners, in particular Klarna, PayPal, credit card companies, or other acquirers, regularly amount to at least EUR 43.75. Your right to prove that no damage or substantially lower damage occurred remains unaffected.
